I have continued working on the UML design of the system, at the moment it captures mostly the different objects that will be modelled. It doesn't show drivers shift patterns yet or other areas like that. The design looks at present like this
However I now realise that Account Customers can function like Bookers, and so can Dispatchers. I wonder if the roles that people can play should be implemented higher up as a series of flags, an Administrator can then mark which roles a person in the system is allowed to perform.
