I have just done a quick search for other taxi software there is one here http://www.taxi-plus.co.uk/features.html this gives me some idea what other software provides and has set me thinking about providing automatic accounts billing for account customers. And way in the future this site http://www.futurequest.biz/index_pages/fq_main_taxi.html talks about things like GPS tracking of vehicle.
